Matter’s Mechanical division is involved in the whole project of the automatic warehouse. The process starts from the functional analysis of the specific customer’s requests; after studying the physical flux and the volumetric layout, Matter proposes a first solution and, cooperating with the Research Centers and Universities, designs virtual simulations with the dual purpose of showing performance previsions and of forecasting costs reduction.
The following step is the detailed mechanical design with all automatic warehouse elements:
the steel structure, the machines that handle the load units etc.
Matter’s Mechanical division controls and carries out all the production operations, in-house assembly and on site installation. The execution of all project management activities is made in compliance with scheduled time, quality and costs as per customer agreement.
