| Il
magazzino MFS18 è stato progettato per stivare
in aree ridotte fusti vuoti. Il sistema si compone
di :
- una struttura in carpenteria atta a formare degli
stalli sul fondo dei quali trovano collocazione le
dime semicircolari per l’appoggio dei fusti
in posizione coricata;
- un trasloelevatore monocolonna con attrezzatura
prendi fusti;
- un trasportatore fronte magazzino per la preparazione
e/o il movimento della fila di fusti prelevati e/o
depositati dal trasloelevatore.
- L’automazione del sistema è realizzata
a multilivelli ed è configurata con controllori
logici e personal computer che consentono di gestire
dai semplici movimenti delle macchine, alla giacenza
dei prodotti all’interno del magazzino, sino
al collegamento in rete con il sistema gestionale
aziendale.

The
automatic store MFS 18 has been designed to store barrels
in a small area. The system comprises:
- A steel structure forming the stalls with at the
base semi circular guides for storing the barrels
laid flat;
- A single column transloelevator with barrel carring
equipment;
- A transporter at the front of the store for the
preparation or movement of the rows of barrels taken
or deposited by the transelevator;
- The automation of the system is multilevel and
is configured with logic contollers and a personal
computer starting from the simple movement of the
products, stocktaking of the products inside the store
up to the connection to the company’s networked
administration.
